On Earth Day 2008, Cecil County Public Schools, through the Energy Education Committee (EEC) and its partnership with Energy Star, made a commitment to protect the environment for future generations through the continuous improvement of our energy performance.

Our mission is to provide for the conservation of the environment for future generations, Cecil County Public Schools’ Energy Education Committee (EEC) will promote best practices and behaviors to reduce cost, consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions.
